The Executive Structure
Roles & Responsibilities
President
Provides overall leadership, chairs meetings, represents OLFHSAA to the school and the public, and ensures the association fulfils its mission.
Vice President
Deputises for the President, supports day-to-day leadership, and oversees committees and special projects.
Secretary
Maintains official records, prepares minutes, handles correspondence, and keeps the membership informed.
Assistant Secretary
Supports the Secretary, manages documentation, and steps in when the Secretary is unavailable.
Financial Secretary
Oversees dues and contributions, keeps financial records, and reports on the association's finances.
Treasurer I
Holds primary responsibility for the association's funds, banking, and disbursements, and works with the Financial Secretary on reporting.
Treasurer II
Supports Treasurer I, provides oversight and backup on funds and transactions, and helps ensure accountability.
Chaplain
Provides spiritual guidance, leads prayer and reflection, and upholds the moral and faith-based values of the association.
